1. Starter: Red Paneer Tikka (Valentine’s Special)

Panneer tikka Recipe

Starting Valentine’s Day with red is a perfect choice.

Paneer Tikka (Red Marination)  Paneer Tikka is very romantic and super delicious when it is red marinated.

Red Marination: Why?
  • Kashmiri chili powder has a vivid red hue.
  • adds a little of spiciness without being too hot.
  • It appears best for a candlelit dinner.
Make It More Colorful!

Grill the paneer with red bell pepper wedges and onion pieces in skewers.

Presentation at the restaurant level: red, white, and a hint of char.

Red + white + slight char = Restaurant-level presentation

Even if you don’t have an oven, you can still make this recipe using a tawa.

  • Use a heavy tawa,
  • brush the tawa with a little oil and roast on medium flame.
  • Remove as soon as it becomes slightly charred.
