                Step 1:  First take maida flour, add semolina, milk sugar and cardamom and mix well to form a thick batter. Then let it rest for 15 minutes.

                Step 3: Then prepare the sugar syrup.

                Step 4: Once the sugar syrup is ready, dip the fried malpua in the hot sugar syrup for one to two minutes.

                Instructions

                Step 1 : Cook the Channa dal until it becomes soft. If there is any excess water, drain it completely.

                Step 2: Mash the dal well, add jaggery and cook it until it becomes thick.

                Step 3:  Then add cardamom powder and let it cool.

                Step 4: Then knead the dough until it is soft and then stuff the puran mixture that I have prepared inside the dough.

                Step 5:  Stuff it and roll it gently. Then place it in a tawa and cook it until it turns golden brown.
