Ingredients
  

  • Sprouted Moong Green Gram: 1 Cup (Freshly sprouted)
  • Pomegranate Seeds: ¼ Cup Adds sweetness and color
  • Onion & Tomato: 1 small Finely chopped
  • Cucumber: ¼ Cup Finely chopped
  • Green Chili: 1 small Optional, finely chopped
  • Lemon Juice: 1 Tablespoon
  • Chaat Masala: ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt: To taste
  • Garnish: Fresh Coriander leaves and a handful of Roasted Peanuts for crunch.

Method
 

  1. Rinse the Sprouts: Start by rinsing the sprouted moong in clean water and drain completely. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. The Mix-Up: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sprouted moong, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Seasoning: Add the chaat masala, salt, and green chilies. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture.
  4. Toss Gently: Give everything a good toss so the spices and lemon juice coat all the ingredients evenly.
  5. Final Garnish: Top it with fresh coriander and roasted peanuts just before serving to keep the crunch alive.
